Prober lab videotracker analysis: This repo contains code for analyzing videotracker experiments. The data is imported as .csv files and sleep and wake analysis is performed separately on wild type and mutants. This code will generate all the summary plots of sleep and wake statistics.

Elife 2019: This code will reproduce all figures from our Elife paper, which describes and analyzes data to distinguish between grid cells and our newly discovered cue cells.

Cue cell paper 2018: This repo contains code for figures in our 2018 Cell paper related to cue cells.
